About Us
Our founder, Chet Young, started the Space Coast Miata Club in 1989. It was the second Miata club to officially organize in the United States and is located in Brevard County on the east coast of Central Florida. We have a club membership at present of about 75 members. Our Club’s goal is to sponsor driving events that offer interesting and diversified destinations. Some events are repeated annually like the Miata Mystery Weekend, the Annual Dinner Meeting in January to introduce the new club officers, and a picnic in the spring. This is a family event that allows an opportunity to include all family members. Come to a meeting and see what we're about!
Please keep in mind that you don’t have to own a Miata to belong to our Club. Just an interest in friendship, good conversation, and food are required.
